




















For Milan Fashion Week La Rinescente allows brands to take over their windows and display the current seasons collections AW15. Taking inspiration from the collections link with Gainsborough’s Blue Boy a simple cut out vinyl graphic allowed the mannequin to take the role of the Blue Boy dressed in a catwalk look. A theme in the AW15 Gold Label collection.





Today it’s Paris to check Galeries Lafayette and also to see the site for the new Vivienne Westwood Flagship store and showroom on Rue St Honoré, early days. The glass roofs in Lafayette are breath taking.




With Spring comes Wedding Season and something blue…Vivienne Westwood orbs creating a confetti that has just been thrown and slowly falls encircling the bride.







This window has a strong graphic and print element to it. For Man a geometric print taken from the collection works on a layered series of panels in 3D. A more feminine feel for Woman, flowers and soft ovals create a series of frames for the mannequins. The print for the frame was taken from the collection and the paper wigs were a reflection of the show.



Research for windows based on mirrors and reflections with reference to an exhibition in February 2014 The False Mirror – Surrealism forward and back. There were many interesting images at that show.

Vivienne Westwood Red label, Autumn Winter 2015 show at the Science Museum. Back stage chaos, late starts, mayhem and stress. Rich colour and textures throughout the show with interesting make up.




It’s red carpet season and installed at Davies Street is a camera vinyl. Simple but effective and makes a sly nod at the Antonioni’s 1966 film Blow Up.
